Used to set up 2-node transcoding (workstation NVENC + Pi5 CPU fallback). Playbook standard: README (per-OS prereqs), doc/plan.md, .gitignore (build/ first), VS Code build task, install.sh + one-line curl, Gitea Actions rolling-latest release.
